• Project / site / tenancy fit-out management on behalf of clients, overseeing HVAC mechanical sub-contractors
• Running entire projects / or part thereof (hourly, weekly or monthly) from inception (site establishment) to completion including client liaison during defect liability period
• Contract / site / tenancy fit-out management including labour distribution, site inspections, quality assurance & OH&S site safety rules being adhered too
• Projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ongoing expenditure and time control, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards for projects are adhered to
• Meetings - technical, progress, professional (Architects, Mechanical & Project Engineers), team co-ordination both during and after projects as well as client liaison
• All related administration, generating safe work method statements, data entering, report writing, tendering, ordering of material & stock control
• Provide personal development plans for supervisors, leading hands and contract administrators while maintaining high standards and quality control
• Working closely with production, administration,
  financial, sales and estimating staff

Tasks

We will order equipment, deal with suppliers and arrange deliveries, carry site inductions with sub-contractors, program works, site inspections, deal with day-to-day running of projects, quality assurance, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), invoicing, commissioning of mechanical plants, liaising with clients, builders and sub-contractors, attend site & design meetings, edit and publish site specific details for O&M + OH&S manuals.
